POLEMETALLON

Strategic materials, without waiting for the next mine.

Polemetallon develops resilient supply from two sources: represented primary-material streams and the industrial businesses where recoverable critical minerals already flow.

The Motion

Two routes. One disciplined platform.

We originate material at the source and inside the industrial systems that already collect, concentrate, and control it.

I · REPRESENTED SUPPLY

Source the material

Represent and broker multi-source mineral and metal streams to qualified processors, manufacturers, off-takers, and strategic-materials programs.

II · INDUSTRIAL HOSTS

Own the chokepoint

Partner with industrial businesses that already control feedstock, qualification, permits, assay integrity, or the right to recovered output.

III · QUALIFIED DELIVERY

Contract the outcome

Convert material access into independently characterized, compliant, traceable supply with qualified processing and contracted off-take.

The Industrial Host Strategy

Critical minerals without the new mine.

Critical materials accumulate inside ordinary industrial operations—in spent catalysts, retired jet engines, decommissioned servers and transformers, shredded vehicles, furnace dust, electronics, energy infrastructure, and industrial residues. Polemetallon identifies the business that controls the binding constraint, then structures the mineral layer around it.

01 · FEEDSTOCK

Control the chokepoint

Collection contracts, take-back programs, decommissioning mandates, permits, qualification, and assay capability can matter more than title to a mine.

02 · ECONOMICS

Clear the bar without minerals

The underlying industrial business must stand on its own. Mineral economics are upside only after recovery, payability, treatment, logistics, compliance, and working capital.

03 · CONTRACT

Price the compliance premium

Documented origin, traceability, qualification, and certified product can earn structural value when the governing standard is met.

04 · CONVERSION

Capture the spread

Sampling, concentration, tolling, refining, and product qualification retain value that otherwise leaks to intermediaries.

05 · CAPITAL

De-risk the build

Public and private capital can support qualified recovery and processing—but only after feedstock, customer, and unit economics are real.

06 · OFFTAKE

Build contracted cash flow

Long-duration supply, processing, and off-take agreements turn recovered material into a durable strategic-materials platform.

The mandate is simple: own or contract the binding constraint, qualify the recovered product, and underwrite only the value that survives the full commercial waterfall.

Represented Materials

The materials we represent.

A focused sourcing portfolio across defense, energy, advanced manufacturing, and industrial supply chains. The controlled room separately documents owned inventory. Nothing here is a catalog of available tonnage. Broader availability remains a transaction capability only: form, grade, quantity, origin, assay, and firm terms are confirmed lot by lot for qualified counterparties and do not imply blanket exclusivity or guaranteed category volume.

01 · DEFENSE / CRITICAL MINERALS

Strategic inputs

Antimony · Beryllium · Gallium · Hafnium · Indium · Niobium · Rhenium · Tantalum · Tellurium · Tungsten · Vanadium pentoxide

02 · BATTERY MATERIALS

Energy-storage inputs

Cobalt · Nickel—including laterite and ferronickel streams · Lithium—including ore and forward concentrate

03 · RARE EARTHS & NUCLEAR

Specialty feedstocks

Monazite · Rare-earth concentrates · Heavy rare earths—including dysprosium (Dy), terbium (Tb), and other HREEs—from black-sand mineral concentrates · Nuclear-fuel-cycle materials

04 · INDUSTRIAL / BASE METALS

Production materials

Aluminum · Copper · Lead · Zinc · Titanium · Chromium / chrome · Bismuth · Silver

Additional represented forms include origin-separated coltan (tantalum-niobium concentrate) and platinum-group collector material. Regulated and nuclear-fuel-cycle inquiries are handled only with qualified, licensed counterparties and transaction-specific compliance review.

Midstream & Processing

Value is won between feedstock and qualified product.

Collection alone is not a strategy. Polemetallon structures the steps that convert mineral-bearing feedstock into saleable, documented output—and measures economics only after the entire commercial waterfall.

I

Feedstock control

Secure the aggregation point, collection contract, take-back program, or byproduct stream that governs access.

II

Sampling & assay

Establish composition and value through representative sampling, independent laboratories, and lot-specific documentation.

III

Concentration

Sort, segregate, and pre-process material into the specification required by the next qualified step.

IV

Refining & conversion

Use qualified tolling, refining, and finishing routes to produce a saleable output at an honest capability stage.

V

Documentation & custody

Maintain origin, assay, license, shipping, and chain-of-custody records through every controlled transfer.

VI

Contracted delivery

Match qualified output to processors, manufacturers, government programs, and long-term off-takers.

Current Offerings

A represented portfolio, disclosed in stages.

Polemetallon owns inventory and represents a broader multi-source portfolio for qualified end users and off-takers. Public descriptions identify only the material class; lot identity, title, origin, assay, producing entities, and firm terms are disclosed progressively under NDA and transaction-specific diligence.

Two sides of every deal.

We stand between qualified supply and qualified demand. State which side you hold.

Supply

Have a metal to move

Producers, stockpile holders, and traders with material seeking allied placement — screened, structured, and brokered.

By submitting, you acknowledge our privacy notice. Required fields are used to assess and respond to this inquiry.

Demand

Need a metal

Refiners, smelters, magnet and superalloy producers, manufacturers, and government programs seeking secure feedstock.

Traceability & Compliance

Screened before commitment. Reconfirmed before performance.

Every material, origin, counterparty, beneficial owner, intermediary, vessel, end user, and destination is screened for the transaction at hand. Open origin, sanctions, license, forced-labor, conflict-minerals, radiological, customs, or environmental questions stop progression until cleared.

COUNTERPARTY

Know every participant

KYC, beneficial ownership, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery, end-user, and source-of-funds review.

MATERIAL

Prove what it is

Country of origin, mine-to-export or generation-site provenance, independent assay, product form, and forced-labor or conflict-minerals diligence.

TRANSACTION

Clear the route

Licenses, export controls, customs treatment, handling requirements, shipping documents, insured logistics, and destination-jurisdiction authorization.

Compliance status is transaction-specific and time-sensitive. It is reconfirmed against current law and primary-source records before any commitment or performance.

Dennis Bartow is a decorated, service-disabled retired U.S. Army combat veteran—29 years of honorable service, including 23 supporting Army Special Forces and Special Operations—and a former senior Defense official. He served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for African Affairs Policy and as Director of the DoD Office of Small Business Programs, the Secretary's principal advisor on small business across a fifth of defense procurement. Earlier work included INTERPOL Washington and congressional staff service.

He founded Polemarchoi—named for the senior military leaders of the Greek world—where defense, energy, and strategic materials meet. Six years in the minerals space run from DPA, DOE, and EXIM campaigns through commodity work, project development, and ownership. Today he is Founder, President & CEO of all three companies; Senior Fellow at the University of Virginia's National Security Data and Policy Institute; Senior Advisor to the DARPA Critical Minerals Forum; and Advisor to the Duke University Critical Minerals Hub.

The three companies are the arc of that career made permanent: Polemarchoi, the strategy. Polemetallon, the supply. Dīs Pater, the source.

REGNA DĪTIS · THE REALM OF DĪS

Will you be found worthy?

Regna Dītis is the controlled room for the specific, active opportunities Polemos and its operating companies are assembling now. Each case is near-term and tied to a defined material, counterparties, evidence, economics, and a next decision. Heracles (the hero who entered the underworld under conditions) defines the threshold: access is granted, conditions matter, and worthiness is proven by conduct.
